Intuition And Its Enigma

Intuition and its enigma

Intuition has been the subject of long discussions in many areas. It has been involved in various political discussions and scientific discoveries. But when we solve a problem intuitively, for many it is only a result of random consequences.

It has often been seen as something mysterious. The reason for this is that it is a form of perception that allows us to reach knowledge that we do not know where it comes from. It allows us to note what we have not noticed before. It also makes us aware of things that we are not unaware of, but that we have forgotten.

Everyone has experienced moments of intuitive understanding at some point in their lives. For the most part, we wave this off because we think it lacks logic. But even if there is no exact definition of intuition, this does not mean that it does not exist.

In a way, it is a direct conception of the truth. It does not depend on logical reasoning. This knowledge is expressed without knowing that you have it. A balanced integration between the mind and the heart is required.

A look at intuition

We can do what our intuition tells us and by trying our best we learn to be more intuitive. It is vital to explore the silence as you try to get to know yourself and your intuition.

Intuition makes understanding manifest and sometimes it shows the path we should follow. Finding the true meaning of things and the nature of the brain allows us to recognize, learn and experience the truth. We must train our attention if we want to develop our intuition.

The interesting thing about our intuition is that it goes beyond reasoning without opposing it for that matter. Of course, it is not a replacement, but a complement. We link ourselves to the creative and this takes us beyond our known limits. Nor can we characterize it as rational or irrational.

Of course, there are factors that hinder or promote its development. Being afraid of making mistakes, not being able to trust ourselves are things that counteract it. On the other hand, attention, honesty, an open mind, action and learning will be beneficial to it.

Specific observations

There are situations that need to be resolved immediately. This is when stored memories are activated in our senses and this has a direct relationship to what we need to solve. Such memories are emotional and are associated with right and wrong that have happened in our past. These memories will of course determine the decision we make in the present.

If, for example, we receive a job offer, our brain turns to all our job experiences that are stored there and chooses the alternative that works best. We will therefore be able to explain the reasons that led us to this decision.

There are also situations where this decision is made unconsciously. If the result is positive, it is said to be a product of intuition and we can not explain the reason why we knew this was the right way. Intuition is therefore a type of gut feeling that can not be traced to consciousness or reasoning, but to our previous experiences and feelings.

Intuition and experience

Studies have shown that people who spend more time practicing their profession are most intuitive. The most surprising thing is that these people’s intuition rarely fails. This applies, for example, to doctors who are said to have a “clinical eye”.

More experience will of course increase the chance of success without having to make a long argument. Some believe that intuition is just a gamble. The answer to this is no. The experiences we integrate into our subconscious are what sharpen our intuition. It is not a coincidence but another way to reach real conclusions.

Past experiences associated with a feeling are what influence our intuitive decisions. This process arises unconsciously and has variables that depend on each person’s personality and perceptions. For this reason, we find people who are more intuitive than others. Intuition is still an enigma for large parts of the world, but it is clear that it is a reality.
