Illness Is A Conflict Between Body And Mind

Illness is a conflict between body and mind

The body speaks and expresses itself through symptoms. Illness, wounds, pain and discomfort indicate that something is wrong with the body. Most often, this “error” has something to do with emotions. It can therefore be said that many diseases are conflicts between body and mind.

This approach can be addressed through various therapeutic techniques. It may seem closely linked to Freud’s outdated theories of psychoanalysis and repression, but it is about more than that. Third-generation therapies, such as conscious presence, yoga, cellular regeneration therapy, biochemistry and quantum physics, have through different perspectives arrived at the idea that body and mind are directly connected and have a very strong influence over each other.

When you experience pain and fatigue or develop a disease, it is the body that warns you of something. Your mind interprets a situation that may be closely linked to your emotions. It’s time to stop and analyze what’s going on, how you are feeling and how much it is affecting you.

Take care of the emotions

If you always use traditional medicine as a first option, you can use the power of your mind to maximize the effect of your medical treatment and your self-care routines. But to explore the power of the mind, you must give yourself enough time, permission, and patience.

Your mind is made up of thoughts. Every thought that passes through your mind influences your life, your body and pretty much your entire reality. The thoughts that have the most influence are the ones that you pay the most attention to and when with your words, actions and reactions.

If the thoughts affect reality and the body, positive thinking can help solve problems, cure diseases and compensate for shortcomings. But thinking positively is not enough. Just thinking about what you consider to be “good” involves judging and assuming that you will get what you want without doing anything.

To change this way of thinking and interpreting what you perceive , you must go deeper into the world of emotions. This involves developing your emotional intelligence and learning more about yourself.

An illness can reflect that your mind is doing something you do not like. To change this, you need to observe how your mind is programmed, how you got this programming and how it manifests in your behaviors. Emotional management is something you learn from your family.

Emotions such as fear, anger, rage, sadness, and doubt reflect certain mental attitudes that cause us to react inappropriately. Maybe you have problems with trust or you expect too much from others.

Some bodily problems are planted and sown in the soil of emotions. Some ailments and pains are the consequence of not being able to understand an experience that causes you pain, dissatisfaction and anger. These experiences lurk within you and slowly manifest themselves as bodily symptoms.

Some bodily symptoms are thus linked to unhappiness, dissatisfaction, retention, control problems, repressed or misunderstood anger, etc. It is said that every illness inwardly reflects something that is deep inside. If the heart is hurt, irritated, angry or disappointed, the body will reflect these feelings. The body is the most direct reflection of how you think and feel.

Louise Hay has spent much of her life teaching people that their thoughts can change their lives. She has written many books that have helped people discover their own worth. She believes that if children learn about the power of their thoughts from an early age, their journey through life will be much happier and more satisfying.

We invite you to think about the power of the thoughts and words we use every day. If you can identify them, turn the negatives into positive actions and words, and internalize them, you will change the way you feel and live.

Everything happens for a reason, and you can learn from all the experiences. You learn to get to know yourself and to accept yourself. You learn to have good relationships with yourself and others. You learn that you have to stop waiting and start loving yourself. That way, you can be more loving, patient, trusting, and compassionate. Stop criticizing and demanding too much of yourself, enjoy what you have, let yourself be excited about things and believe that the universe has given you everything you need to be happy.

If you learn to deal with your emotions, your body will stop sending worrying signals. If you are always tired or ill, it may be a sign that your immune system is bad at managing your emotions. When you are in a state of happiness, peace, growth, discovery and fullness, you will secrete hormones that give you energy, life and health.
