Meditation: Being Aware Of Your Mind

Meditation: To be aware of your mind

The art of meditating involves much more than just calming your mind and thinking about your emotions. Isolating yourself in a peaceful place, developing meditation as a habit and concentrating on learning to meditate does not make any real sense if you cannot integrate it into your ordinary life.

Meditation goes beyond using your time to practice it and learn how to concentrate. It must become a habit that you integrate into your life, to create an inner change, with the true intention of becoming a better person towards your surroundings, towards nature and towards all the creatures on earth.

Your knowledge and perceptions prevent you from achieving a clear state of mind, which is sensitive to everything around it. Meditation takes you to a state of mind that is free from mental sound and that leads to an awakening that makes you more aware of how all of this can affect your relationships and your behavior.

Get to know yourself

Meditation involves more than just the mind. When your mind is calm, you arrive at a state of clarity that makes it easier to remove prejudices that disturb your thoughts. That way, you can train your mind to become more sensitive and intelligent.

Meditate

When you get to know your inner self and pay attention to how it acts and influences you, it will begin to disappear when you observe it, and when it is gone, your mind will sort itself out. And it will do so by paying attention to your current experience, and increasing the opportunities for potential learning.

Have you ever noticed how your experience has been contaminated by your thoughts? If you can keep your mind calm, you will be able to experience things without restrictions and accept things as they are.

Meditation gets you in touch with your true nature

Meditation is not a technique to practice or a skill that you get with your mind, but it also does not require effort. Meditation is above all mental activity and can observe this activity. Meditation begins with the limitations of the mind.

We use our senses to learn and achieve goals, but by meditating we arrive at our true nature. We recognize our purest state, which remains in spite of all experience and circumstances. This is how you arrive at the integration of what you are beyond your actions and your personal successes. You come in contact with your true nature by meditating because you find your true self.

The goal of meditating is to get to know yourself

Getting to know yourself through meditation involves paying attention to all your mental activity in the form of thoughts and feelings. You become an observer of the whole experience and that is how you discover yourself.

When you understand your mental activity, you let your subconscious come up spontaneously. This is how you can free yourself from the sound that confuses you and invades your consciousness. You peel off the layers that confuse your vision and capture the world around you in a clearer way.
